利用規約

この規約は、一閃動画エディター（以下「このツール」）を使うときの決まりです。このツールを使った方は、この規約に同意したものとします。運営者はでぃーごです。

1. 料金

このツールは無料で使えます。

2. 保証しないこと

運営者は、このツールが正しく動くこと、書き出した結果が期待どおりであること、いつでも使えることを保証しません。大切なファイルは、元のファイルを残したうえでお使いください。このツールを使ったことで利用者に損害が生じたときは、運営者に故意または重大な過失がある場合を除き、運営者が負う責任は、直接かつ通常の損害に限ります。

3. 素材の権利

このツールに入れる動画・音声・画像・フォントなどの素材は、使ってよいものかどうか（著作権・肖像権など）を、使う方ご自身で確かめてください。作った動画を公開したり、人に渡したりするときも同じです。

4. してはいけないこと

法令や公序良俗に反すること、またはそのために使うこと
他人の著作権・肖像権・プライバシーなどの権利を侵すこと
このサイトのサーバーに大きな負荷をかけること、不正にアクセスすること、運営を妨げること

5. 提供の変更・中止

運営者は、お知らせなく、このツールの内容を変えたり、提供をやめたりすることがあります。

6. 規約の変更

運営者は、必要に応じてこの規約を変えることがあります。変えたときは、このページでお知らせし、改定日を書きます。変えたあとに使った方は、変えた規約に同意したものとします。

7. 第三者のソフトウェア

このツールは、オープンソースのソフトウェアとフォントを使っています。それぞれのライセンスはライセンスに、ライセンスにもとづいて渡すソースコードはソースコードの入手に載せています。

8. 準拠法・お問い合わせ

この規約は、日本の法律に従います。お問い合わせは、X（Twitter）の @_sdsdg までお願いします。

These terms apply when you use Issen Video Editor (“the tool”). By using the tool, you agree to these terms. The tool is operated by でぃーご.

1. Price

The tool is free to use.

2. No warranty

The operator does not guarantee that the tool works correctly, that exported results are as you expect, or that the tool is always available. Please keep your original files when working with important material. If you suffer damage from using the tool, the operator’s liability is limited to direct and ordinary damage, except where the operator acted intentionally or with gross negligence.

3. Rights to your material

Please check for yourself that you may use the video, audio, images, fonts and other material you put into the tool (copyright, portrait rights and so on). The same applies when you publish or share the videos you make.

4. Prohibited use

Anything that violates laws or public order and morals, or using the tool for such purposes
Infringing the copyright, portrait rights, privacy or other rights of others
Putting heavy load on this site’s server, accessing it without authorization, or interfering with its operation

5. Changes to or end of the service

The operator may change the tool or stop providing it without notice.

6. Changes to these terms

The operator may change these terms when needed. Changes will be announced on this page with the revision date. If you use the tool after a change, you agree to the changed terms.

7. Third-party software

The tool uses open-source software and fonts. Their licenses are listed in Licenses, and the source code provided under those licenses is available from Source code.

8. Governing law and contact
